What Urban Home Will Do

- Internal Maintenance: We handle all day-to-day internal maintenance tasks.
- Redecoration and Flooring: We will redecorate and replace flooring as needed, subject to wear and tear.
- Garden Maintenance: We ensure the garden is tidy, including mowing the grass and managing weeds.
- White Goods and Furniture: We maintain and replace, where necessary, all white goods and furniture provided at the start of the lease (if any).
- Service User Damage: We take full responsibility for repairing any damage caused by service users.
- Gas Safety and Boiler Service: We will manage your annual gas safety certificate and boiler service for just £65 + VAT.
